随着教育教学改革的深入,中小学体育教学理念与实践的更新步伐明显加快,建设体育精品课程、提高体育课堂教学的有效性,都需要一流的教师队伍。如何培养青年体育教师,使他们尽快提高自身素质,适应学校教学要求,高质量地完成教学工作,促进我区体育学科教师队伍建设的可持续发展,成为摆在我们面前的一个新问题。结合自己的教育教学实践,笔者认为,青年体育教师应不断加强自身专业技能的学习与教育教学能力的提升,这样才能打造一支“一流的体育教师队伍”。
With the deepening of education and teaching reform, the pace of renewal of the concept and practice of physical education in primary and secondary schools has accelerated noticeably. It is necessary to establish a first-class teaching staff in building a sports excellent course and improving the effectiveness of the physical education in the classroom. How to cultivate young physical education teachers so that they can improve their own quality as soon as possible, adapt to the requirements of school teaching, complete the teaching with high quality, and promote the sustainable development of physical education disciplines in our region become a new problem before us. Combined with my own teaching practice, I believe that young physical education teachers should continue to enhance their own professional skills and education and teaching ability to enhance, so as to create a “first-class physical education teachers ”.
