利用不同剂量的 Co~(60)-γ射线慢照射处理玉米不同生育时期的活体植株,M_1代苗期、雄穗分化期对3000Rad 的处理剂量反应强烈。苗期3000Rad 的处理植株除芯叶外,其它叶片皆被杀伤而萎蔫枯死;雄穗分化期3000Rad 的处理植株的旗叶和雄穗严重缺失。雄穗分化期和雄配子四分体期玉米植株对射线反应较敏感。合子期和雄配子四分体期出现的有益变异频率高于其他两个时期。
Under the slow irradiation of different doses of Co ~ (60) -γ-rays, the live plants at different growth stages of maize showed strong response to 3000Rad at seedling stage and tassel stage.
