针对大型中央空调系统的特点和技术要求,设计并实现了一种基于PROFIBUS—DP和MPI的中央空调监控系统,该系统由设备级、功能级和监控级三部分构成,采用PROFIBUS—DP现场总线构建主从控制系统,完成了设备间的通信与联锁控制。详述了DP主站和DP从站的通信过程和网络设置以及上位机中WinCC监控系统的实现方式,并给出相关的软件编程实现。该系统在山西省电力公司中央空调系统项目中的成功应用,表明该设计方案合理、可靠,满足了中央空调的集中控制要求。
According to the characteristics and technical requirements of large central air-conditioning system, a central air-conditioning monitoring system based on PROFIBUS-DP and MPI is designed and implemented. The system consists of three parts: equipment level, function level and monitoring level. Build master-slave control system, completed the communication and interlock control between devices. The communication process and network setting of DP master station and DP slave station are described in detail, as well as the realization of WinCC monitoring system in host computer. The related software programming is also given. The successful application of the system in the central air-conditioning system project of Shanxi Provincial Power Company shows that the design scheme is reasonable and reliable and meets the centralized control requirements of central air-conditioning.
