本文报告我院近１５年中收治多原发性癌瘤１６８例，占同期恶性肿瘤的０．６６％，发病率较国外为低。第二原发癌发生于３年内者占５２．１１％，刚好是第一癌治疗后出现复发或转移较多的时间，故在随访中应加以鉴别，因两者的处理和预后有原则上区别。本文对多原发癌的发病机理在个体易感性、机体免疫缺陷、接受过放射治疗、外源性致癌因素和遗传因素等方面进行探讨。
This article reports that in our hospital in the past 15 years, more than 168 cases of primary cancer were treated, accounting for 0.66% of malignant tumors in the same period, the incidence rate is lower than abroad. The second primary cancer occurred in 52.11% within 3 years. It happened to be the time for recurrence or metastasis after the first cancer treatment. Therefore, it should be identified during follow-up, because the treatment and prognosis of the two are in principle the difference. This article discusses the pathogenesis of multiple primary cancers in terms of individual susceptibility, immune deficiency, radiotherapy, exogenous carcinogenic factors, and genetic factors.
