Mistake 2: Wash with water before boiling. Some people think that Chinese herbal medicines are dirty and often wash it with water before decocting. In fact, this is not worth the candle. Because many of the ingredients contained in traditional Chinese medicines such as sugars and glycosides are soluble in water. If water is washed before boiling, it will lose
