作为独联体中极具影响力的乌克兰,在其国家现代化和欧盟教育一体化的进程中,对教师继续教育的重视程度日益增强,在教师继续教育政策与体制等方面既秉承了前苏联的传统,又深受欧洲文化的影响。其教师继续教育的国家战略地位的确立、教师继续教育与准入制度的挂钩、教师教育一体化、教师教育体制的多元形态等都具有发展中国家的特色,在某些方面与我国教师教育具有同构性,也有互补性。
As the most influential CIS in Ukraine, in the process of the integration of national modernization and EU education, Ukraine attaches more importance to the continuing education of teachers and upholds the policy of the former Soviet Union Tradition, but also by the European culture. The establishment of national strategic status of continuing education of teachers, the linking of continuing education with admission system, the integration of teacher education and the diversification of teacher education system all have the characteristics of developing countries. In some aspects, Isomorphism, but also complementary.
