通过调查统计,宁夏因施肥技术研究水平相对滞后,施化肥比例严重失调,N∶P2O5∶K2O=1∶0.23∶0.07,浪费严重;10多年间化肥施用量增加了2.47倍,而粮食总产量和耕地面积则分别增加0.94倍、0.41倍,施肥量高于全国平均水平1倍;大量施肥污染地下水,使黄河在宁夏境内各断面氨态氮含量高于入境断面2.02~5.41倍,蔬菜也受到严重污染。提出:恢复化肥试验网,支撑起测土施肥体系;在宁夏不同生态区建立周期性的定位试验检测点,对主栽作物及特优作物需肥规律及高效、低耗、安全施肥技术进行研究,使常规施肥技术升级。
