为探讨眼挫伤的视网膜电流图(ERG)和视觉诱发电位(VEP)改变特征,对50例单眼挫伤患者电生理检测结果进行了分析研究.结果表明:(1)眼挫伤ERG改变以a波下降(P<0.001)、b波延迟(P<0.05)为明显,ERG异常病例的视力多在0.1以下.(2)VEP检测视力0.1以下者的P_1波明显延迟(P<0.05).
To investigate the changes of ERG and VEP in 50 patients with monocular contusion, the results of electrophysiological examination were analyzed.The results showed that: (1) ERG and vEP decreased (P <0.001). The b wave delay (P <0.05) was obvious. The visual acuity of ERG abnormalities was more than 0.1. (2) The P_1 wave of visual acuity less than 0.1 was significantly delayed by VEP (P <0.05).
