通过冻融和化学侵蚀试验,研究了NW-056A机场道面除冰液对道面水泥混凝土耐久性的影响以及在道面除冰液环境下两种新型混凝土保护剂的防护效果。结果表明:①混凝土在道面除冰液中冻融后表面无明显剥落现象,相对动弹模损失率比在水中小很多,道面除冰液延缓了混凝土的冻融破坏;②混凝土在道面除冰液常温浸泡下表面无剥蚀现象,但强度比在水中降低很多,因此存在化学腐蚀,且主要表现为对混凝土内部结构的缓慢损伤;③两种新型混凝土保护剂均对预防混凝土的冻融破坏以及除冰液环境下的腐蚀破坏起到一定作用,涂刷混凝土保护剂是提高混凝土道面耐久性的有效方法。
By freeze-thaw and chemical attack test, the effect of pavement deicing fluid of NW-056A airport on the durability of pavement concrete and the protective effect of two new types of concrete protective agent under pavement deicing fluid environment were studied. The results show that: (1) The surface of concrete has no obvious spalling after freeze-thaw in the deicing fluid of pavement, the relative loss rate of moving elastic modulus is much smaller than that in water, the pavement deicing fluid slows down the freeze-thaw damage of concrete; (2) The surface of de-icing fluid soaked at room temperature has no erosion, but the strength is much lower than that in water, so there is chemical corrosion, which is mainly manifested as slow damage to the internal structure of concrete. ③ Both new types of concrete protectants are used to prevent the freeze- Damage and de-icing fluid environment, corrosion damage played a role, brushing concrete protectant is an effective way to improve the durability of concrete pavement.
