基于中包水口堵塞物的荧光扫描结果,分析冶炼含铝钢的生产过程数据,从精炼过程脱氧程度、精炼后期钙处理效果、精炼处理时间以及连铸二次氧化程度,阐述引起中包水口堵塞的原因。分析结果显示:Al_2O_3、Ca O·6Al_2O_3、CaO·2Al_2O_3和MgO-Al_2O_3是堵塞中包水口的主要物质,精炼渣系控制不当、钙处理不充分是引起水口堵塞的主要原因。针对上述原因提出相应改进措施,使中包水口堵塞发生几率由8%降低到3%以下。
