各市、县(市、区)人民政府,省政府直属各单位:为更好地适应我国加入 WTO 后面临的新形势,积极有效地扩大利用外资,大力促进对外贸易,加快“走出去”步伐,开创我省开放型经济发展的新局面,促进全省国民经济和社会各项事业持续快速健康发展,经研究,省政府定于2003年6月8日至12日在宁波举办第五届浙江投资贸易洽谈会、第二届中国国际日用消费品博览会。现将有关事项通知如下:一、第五届浙江投资贸易洽谈会、第二届中国国际日用消费品博览会(以下简称浙洽会、消博会)是2003年省政府主办的一项重要活动。具体承办工作以宁波市为主,省外经贸厅配合。各市、省级各有关部门一定要高度重视,认真组织,密切配合,注重实效,切实把这项活动搞好。二、浙洽会、消博会成立组委会,在省政府的领导下,负责各项活动的筹备和组织、实施工作。组委会成员由省政府领导及各市政府领导和省级有关部门负责同志组成。

The relevant issues are hereby notified as follows: I. The Fifth Zhejiang Investment and Trade Fair and the Second China International Consumer Goods Fair (hereinafter referred to as the ZJIA, Consumer Expo) are an important event hosted by the provincial government in 2003. The specific contractor’s work is mainly in Ningbo, and the provincial foreign economic and trade department cooperates. All relevant departments at the municipal and provincial levels must attach great importance to it, organize it carefully, cooperate closely, and pay attention to actual results, and effectively implement this activity. 2. The organizing committee for the establishment of the ZJIAC and the Consumers’ Expo will be responsible for the preparation, organization and implementation of various activities under the leadership of the provincial government. The members of the Organizing Committee are composed of leaders of the provincial government, leaders of various municipal governments, and responsible comrades of relevant provincial departments.
