目的检测肾透明细胞癌中特异AT序列结合蛋白1(SATB1)的表达,分析SATB1的表达与肾透明细胞癌的发生、进展及转移的关系及意义。方法以RT-PC R法检测30例成对肾癌组织及癌旁正常组织、5例非癌肾组织、肾透明细胞癌786-O细胞株中SATB1 mRNA的表达,分析SATB1表达与临床病理参数的相关性。结果 SATB1在肾透明细胞癌癌组织及癌旁组织中均有表达,癌组织中SATB1 mRNA表达量显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),SATB1在非癌肾组织中有微弱表达,SATB1 mRNA的表达随临床分期的升高而增加,并且在淋巴结转移组高于未转移组(P<0.05)。结论 SATB1 mRNA的表达水平增高与肾透明细胞癌的发生、发展及转移有关。
Objective To detect the expression of specific AT sequence binding protein 1 (SATB1) in clear cell renal cell carcinoma and to analyze the relationship between SATB1 expression and the occurrence, progression and metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma. Methods RT-PC R method was used to detect the expression of SATB1 mRNA in 30 cases of paired renal cell carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues, 5 cases of non-cancerous kidney and 786-O cell lines of renal clear cell carcinoma. The expression of SATB1 and clinicopathological parameters Relevance. Results SATB1 was expressed in both of renal clear cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues. The expression of SATB1 mRNA in cancerous tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.05), SATB1 was weakly expressed in non-cancerous renal tissues, SATB1 mRNA The expression increased with the clinical stage, and was higher in the lymph node metastasis group than in the non-metastasis group (P <0.05). Conclusion The increased expression of SATB1 mRNA is associated with the occurrence, development and metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma.
