现代法治被认为中国百年来现代化宏大背景下的理性选择和必由之路,在解构传统礼治治理规范的过程中,法治意识形态成为国家主导意识形态,肩负着向个人传递法治话语的任务。借助对观众观视时心理机制分析,电影作为意识形态国家机器,观众在观视的过程中,以银幕为镜像,随着戏剧冲突,经历了焦虑、被法律放逐尴尬,并在最终被法治意识形态传唤为主体。观众在享受观影快感的同时完成了自我认同,法治意识形态也因为主体的被传唤而得以物质存在,现代法治得以推进。
Modern rule of law is regarded as the rational choice and the only way for China’s modernization in the past century.
