本文研究了在人工控制的六种温度条件下,萝卜蚜生长发育和繁殖与温度的关系。结果表明,萝卜蚜发育最适温区在16—23℃之间,萝卜蚜对环境干扰的忍耐力随发育进程明显地增加,其中无翅型比有翅型更能忍受环境的不良影响。通过方差分析和t检验还证实了Hughes的“蚜虫前三龄历期呈等比”的论点。以生殖生物量表示温度与蚜虫重量和生殖数量的关系,得出了萝卜蚜的生殖起点温度和最适生殖温度。依萝卜蚜生殖高峰日随温度降低呈落差态的现象组建了Weibull函数模拟模型。用单纯形法计算的萝卜蚜种群参数与用回归等方法计算的结果基本一致。
In this paper, we studied the relationship between temperature, the growth, development and reproduction of Radish aphid under six controlled temperature conditions. The results showed that the optimum temperature range for development of the aphids was between 16 and 23 ℃. The endurance of the radish aphid to environmental disturbance obviously increased with the developmental process. Among them, the winged type was more tolerant to the adverse effects of the environment than the winged type. Analysis by ANOVA and t-test also confirmed Hughes’s argument that “aphids are equal in the first trimester.” Based on the relationship between temperature and the weight of aphids and reproduction, the reproductive starting temperature and optimum reproductive temperature of radish aphids were obtained. Weibull function simulation model was established based on the phenomenon that the peak of reproductive peak of A. radish declined with temperature. The results showed that the population parameters of A. radicata calculated by the simplex method were basically the same as those calculated by regression and other methods.
