目的 探讨真菌性鼻窦炎的治疗方法,提高治疗效果。方法 回顾分析1999 年1 月至2004 年1 月间21 例功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的临床资料。结果 功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术治愈率100%。结论 功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术是治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的首选方法。
Objective To explore the treatment of fungal sinusitis and improve the therapeutic effect. Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with fungal sinusitis treated by functional endoscopic sinus surgery between January 1999 and January 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Functional endoscopic sinus surgery cure rate of 100%. Conclusion Functional endoscopic sinus surgery is the preferred method of treatment of fungal sinusitis.
