目的探讨脑出血伴肾功能异常的早期检测指标。方法用放免法测定110例脑出血患者及98例对照者的尿微量蛋白。结果脑出血组和有合并症者尿微量蛋白均增高(P<0.05);脑干出血及合并中线移位者增高明显(P<0.05);动态观察随病情好转尿微量蛋白逐渐降低。结论脑出血患者肾功能异常呈可逆动态改变,尿微量蛋白测定简便准确,可作为脑血管病合并肾功能损害的早期指标。
Objective To explore the early detection of cerebral hemorrhage with renal dysfunction. Methods Urinary microalbuminuria was determined by radioimmunoassay in 110 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 98 controls. Results Urine microalbuminuria increased in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and those with complications (P <0.05). Hemorrhage in the brainstem and increased midline displacement were significantly increased (P <0.05). Dynamic observation showed that with the improvement of urinary microalbuminuria reduce. Conclusions Renal dysfunction in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage showed a reversible dynamic change. The determination of urinary microalbumin was simple and accurate and could be used as an early indicator of cerebrovascular disease complicated with renal dysfunction.
