大班幼儿随着社会性、生活经验、交往能力等不断发展,游戏水平日益提高。但是,每日在幼儿游戏的整个过程中,或多或少存在着消极等待的现象。《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中指出“尽量减少不必要的集体行动和过度环节,减少和消除消极等待现象。”如何消除区域游戏中消极等待现象?又应该以怎样的策略应对?本文从“游戏中和游戏后的反思发现”和“行之初到行之远的策略研究”两部分入手,减少区域游戏中消极等待的现象,积极减少或者消除时间的隐形浪费,让幼儿在游戏中更加快乐地成长。
