目的监测黄胸鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂的抗药性。方法现场捕获黄胸鼠,按照全国鼠类抗药性协作组统一的方法进行无选择性摄毒试验。结果对杀鼠灵的抗性,18只黄胸鼠中发生率为11.11%;对溴敌隆的抗性,26只黄胸鼠的发生率为11.54%。结论杨浦区的黄胸鼠对第一、二代抗凝血灭鼠剂(杀鼠灵、溴敌隆)均产生抗性,建议慎用或不用已产生抗性的灭鼠剂,采取综合方法控制鼠密度。
Objective To monitor the resistance of Rattus flavipectus to anticoagulant rodenticides. Methods Rattus flavipectus was captured on site and tested for non-selective toxicity according to the uniform method of the National Collaborative Group on Rodent Drugs. Results The resistance to warfarin was 11.11% among 18 Rattus flavipectus and that of bromadiolone was 11.54%. Conclusion The rodenticides of Yangpu District are resistant to the first and second generations of anticoagulant rodenticides (warfarin and bromadiolone), and it is recommended that they should be used with or without the rodenticide that has produced resistance, and the comprehensive method Control rat density.
