摘要目的比较单次平面回波扩散加权成像的表观扩散系数(ADC)图与脂肪饱和(FS)质子密度(PD)加权快速自旋回波(TSE)成像在膝关节创伤后骨髓损伤(BML)的诊断价值。材料与方法获得莱比锡大学机构伦理委员会的批准。无需书面知情同意。3名放射科医师回顾性地再次检查了连续97例膝关节创伤病人于创伤后90 d内接受1.5 T MR扫描所获得的影像。成像序列为:(a)矢状T_1加权TSE和FS质子密度加权(PDW)TSE和(b)矢状T_1加权TSE和单次平面回波
Abstract Objective To compare the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and fat saturation (FS) proton density (PD) weighted fast spin echo (TSE) imaging of single plane echo diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of bone marrow injury (BML) The diagnostic value. Materials and Methods Approved by Institutional Ethics Committee of the University of Leipzig. No written informed consent is required. Three radiologists retrospectively reviewed the images of 97 consecutive patients with knee trauma receiving a 1.5 T MR scan within 90 days of the trauma.
