自治区党委宣传部、自治区新闻出版局和自治区记协联合举办的新疆首届“双十佳优秀报纸”评比活动揭晓,10种汉文报和10种民文报分别获得“优秀报纸”称号。在此,我代表自治区党委宣传部向获奖的报纸和报社的全体工作人员表示热烈祝贺。 改革开放17年来,自治区的新闻事业和全国的新闻事业一样,获得了巨大的发展。1978年以前,自治区公开发行的报纸只有37种,而且大部分是党委机关报。党的十一届三中全会以来,报纸的数量增加,目前已发展到87家,报业结构发生了很大的变化,已形成以党委机关报为中心,包括经济类、信息类、科技类、政法类、生活服务类的多层次、多品种的报业结构;办报水平有了长足的进步,许多报纸已受到各族读者的喜爱。这次评优活动,就是对改革开放以来自治区报业发展水平的一次大测评、大检阅。
The first contest of “Top Ten Excellent Newspapers” in Xinjiang jointly announced by the propaganda department of Autonomous Region Party Committee, Autonomous Region Press and Publication Bureau and Autonomous Region Association of Recordors was announced. Ten Han Chinese newspapers and 10 Min Wen newspapers were awarded the title of “Excellent Newspaper.” Here, on behalf of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, I extend my warm congratulation to all the staff of the award-winning newspapers and newspapers. In the 17 years since the reform and opening up, the journalism in the autonomous region has enjoyed tremendous growth, just as it has in the nation’s journalism. Before 1978, the autonomous region had only 37 kinds of newspapers publicly available, and most of them were party organ newspapers. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the number of newspapers has increased and now 87 have been developed. The structure of the newspaper industry has undergone great changes. A large number of papers have been formed at the organs of the party committees, including the economic, information and technology sectors , Political and legal categories, life services, multi-level, multi-species newspaper structure; newspaper level has made great strides, many newspapers have been the favorite of all nationalities readers. The evaluation activity is a big review and a big review of the development of newspaper industry in the autonomous region since the reform and opening up.
