采用溶胶-凝胶法以正硅酸乙酯、磷酸、乙醇和盐酸为原料合成了磷硅酸盐干凝胶,并研究1%(wt,质量分数)硫酸钛掺杂的磷硅酸盐凝胶的导电性能。热分析测定表明20~100℃时,样品因物理吸附水的蒸发失重,130~180℃时,样品因结构水的脱出失重。掺杂改性后样品稳定性得到了极大的增强。样品电导率测试表明在60~180℃温度内,160℃时达到最大值5.4×10~(-2)S/cm。稳定性测试表明掺杂能大大提高样品的化学稳定性。
