[目的]掌握延平区碘缺乏病状况,为延平区实现消除碘缺乏病提供依据。[方法]按《福建省碘缺乏病监测实施细则(试行)》(闽卫疾控[2008]40号)规定进行监测。[结果]延平区8～10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率为0.25%,尿碘中位数197.9μg/L;居民碘盐合格率97.57%。[结论]各项防治指标已达到消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核标准。
[Objective] To master the status of iodine deficiency disorders in Yanping District and provide the basis for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders in Yanping District. [Methods] The monitoring was conducted in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Fujian Province Iodine Disorders Monitoring (Trial) (Min Wei Disease Control [2008] No. 40). [Results] The goiter rate was 0.25% and the median of urinary iodine was 197.9 μg / L in children aged 8-10 years in Yanping district. The pass rate of iodized salt was 97.57%. [Conclusion] The indexes of prevention and control have reached the appraisal standard of county level for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.
