目前已在多种肿瘤中发现了肿瘤干细胞( CSCs)存在的证据,CSCs在肿瘤的耐药、转移复发过程中发挥关键作用。 CD133已作为CSCs标识广泛用于CSCs的分析、分选。表达 CD133标识的肿瘤细胞具有CSCs的特征;同时CD133作为某些CSCs的标识(如胃间质瘤、黑色素瘤等)不具特异性,且CD133的表达受氧分压、微生物感染、培养条件、信号通路激活等多种因素影响。因此,通过各种手段分选出的CSCs,最好进行前期的体内外成瘤能力鉴定后再用于后续研究。“,”The existence of cancer stem cells(CSCs) has been demonstrated in various kinds of cancers. CSCs play a critical role in cancer chemo-resistance,metastasis and recurrence.CD133 has been widely used in the analysis and sorting of cancer stem cells (CSCs).It was reported that the cancer cells expressing CD133 exhibit the CSCs characteristics;at the same time,CD133 is not specific to some CSCs identification ( such as gastric stromal tumor,melanoma,etc.),and the expression of CD133 is influenced by oxygen partial pressure, microbial infection,culture condition,signal pathway activation and other factors.Hence,we support that it is necessary to identify the tumorigenicity of CSCs in vivo and in vitro after sorting before further studies .
