北京火车站和崇文门之间有个很不规范的“X”型路口,人们称它为“崇文门三角地”;多年来,这个畸形路口的拥堵在京城极其有名。因此,北京市交管局崇文门支队前门队将这个定名为“三角地”的交通岗作为重点疏导岗。可是日复一日,年复一年,这个路口总是拥堵不堪。三年前,前门队将从事交警工作不久的任素永安排在了这个路口,并分配给他的上岗时间为上午7～10时和下午3～6时。据统计,他上岗的这段时间平均每小时机动车流量为5100辆非机动
