(2005年5月27日新疆维吾尔自治区第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第十七次会议通过)第一章总则第一条为了加强石河子经济技术开发区的建设和管理,保障和促进石河子经济技术开发区的发展,根据国家有关法律、法规,结合自治区实际,制定本条例第二条本条例适用于经国务院批准设立的石河子经济技术开发区(以下简称开发区)的建设和管理。第三条开发区按照石河子自治区十届人大常委会公告(第23号)《石河子经济技术开发区管理条例》,于2005年5月27日经新疆维吾尔自治区第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第十七次会议审议通过。现予公布。特此公告2005年5月27日
