目的:探讨百令胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的疗效及对炎性因子和生活质量的影响。方法:选取台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)路桥医院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的COPD稳定期患者86例，依据随机数字表法分为观察组43例与对照组43例。对照组患者给予布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合百令胶囊治疗。两组疗程均为3个月。比较两组治疗疗效，治疗前后肺功能、炎性因子和生活质量评分变化及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率(93.02%，40/43)高于对照组(72.09%，31/43)(χn 2＝6.541，n P<0.05)；观察组治疗后第一秒用力呼气容积(FEVn 1)为(1.69±0.15)L、FEVn 1%为(64.29±2.69)%、用力肺活量为(2.69±0.16)L，均高于对照组的(1.48±0.18)L、(57.83±2.30)%、(2.41±0.18)L(n t＝5.877、11.969、7.624，均n P<0.05)；观察组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子α为(17.35±2.80)ng/L、白细胞介素6为(18.91±2.24)ng/L、白细胞介素8为(12.01±1.73)ng/L，均低于对照组的(25.26±2.31)ng/L、(24.65±3.27)ng/L、(15.45±1.50)ng/L(n t＝14.290、9.496、9.852，均n P<0.05)；观察组治疗后慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试评分为(11.72±1.92)分，低于对照组的(15.41±2.24)分(n t＝8.202，n P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。n 结论:百令胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗对COPD稳定期患者疗效良好，可减轻炎性反应，改善患者肺功能，提高患者生活质量，且无明显不良反应。“,”Objective:To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule combined with budesonide on inflammatory factors and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018, 86 cases admitted to Luqiao Hospital of Taizhou Enze Medical Center were divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases) according to the random table method.The patients in the control group were treated with budesonide and formoterol, while the patients in the observation group were treated with Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both two groups was 3 months.The therapeutic effect, lung function, inflammatory factors, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the observation group (93.02%) was higher than that of the control group (72.09%) (χn 2=6.541, n P<0.05). After treatment, the FEVn 1[(1.69±0.15)L], FEVn 1%[(64.29±2.69)%] and FVC[(2.69±0.16)L] in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(1.48±0.18)L, (57.83±2.30)% and (2.41±0.18)L](n t=5.877, 11.969, 7.624, all n P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α[(17.35±2.80)ng/L], IL-6[(18.91±2.24)ng/L] and IL-8[(12.01±1.73)ng/L] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(25.26±2.31)ng/L, (24.65±3.27)ng/L and (15.45±1.50)ng/L](n t=14.290, 9.496, 9.852, all n P<0.05). The CAT score of the observation group[(11.72±1.92)points] was lower than that of the control group[(15.41±2.24)points](n t=8.202, n P<0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in both two groups.n Conclusion:Bailing capsule combined with budesonide in the treatment of COPD is effective, it can reduce the inflammatory reaction, improve the pulmonary function and quality of life, and has no obvious adverse reactions, with good safety.
