目的探讨CycliD1和PCNA在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测50例子宫内膜癌,22例子宫内膜不典型增生和8例正常子宫内膜中CyclinD1,PCNA的表达。结果 CyclinD1和PCNA在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率分别为54%(27/50)和68%(34/50),明显高于正常子宫内膜组(P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌中,CyclinD1的表达与FIGO分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),PCNA的表达与病理分级和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,CyclinD1和PCNA在子宫内膜癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.742,P<0.05)。二者协同异常表达者生物学行为较好。结论 CyclinD1和PCNA可能在子宫内膜癌发生发展中起重要作用,可作为评估预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of CycliD1 and PCNA in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of CyclinD1 and PCNA in 50 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 22 cases of endometrial dysplasia and 8 cases of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of CyclinD1 and PCNA in endometrial carcinoma were 54% (27/50) and 68% (34/50), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal endometrium (P <0.05). In endometrial carcinoma, the expression of CyclinD1 was closely related to FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of PCNA was closely related to pathological grade and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the expression of CyclinD1 and PCNA in endometrial carcinoma (r = 0.742, P <0.05). The two showed good biological behavior in cooperation with abnormal expression. Conclusion CyclinD1 and PCNA may play an important role in the development of endometrial carcinoma and may be used as an index to evaluate prognosis.
