提出了复合涂层的耐蚀原因和涂层与涂料的相容关系,结果表明:涂层的气孔、漆膜表面针孔及裂缝是导致复合涂层局部腐蚀破坏的主要因素。Zn-Al(15)涂层适合与粘着力强、隔离效果好的涂料复合防海水腐蚀;Al涂层适合与钝化及封孔效果优良的底漆及屏蔽效果好的面漆复合防海水腐蚀。
The corrosion resistance of the composite coating and the compatibility between the coating and the coating are presented. The results show that the pores of the coating and the pinholes and cracks on the surface of the coating are the main factors leading to the local corrosion of the composite coating. The Zn-Al (15) coating is suitable for the composite with strong adhesion and good isolation effect, and is resistant to seawater corrosion. The Al coating is suitable for the primer with good passivation and sealing effect and the topcoating with good shielding effect. .
