目的:探讨磷酸肌酸钠对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(H IE)合并心肌损害的保护作用。方法:将77例H IE合并心肌损害的患儿随机分为治疗组40例、对照组37例,治疗组加用磷酸肌酸钠,对照组采用常规治疗。观察治疗前后两组的神经系统症状、体征,NBNA评分,心功能,心肌酶的变化情况。结果:磷酸肌酸钠的疗效显著,两组间统计学差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸肌酸钠能明显改善H IE合并心肌损害患儿的临床症状,促进脑及心肌细胞损伤的恢复。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of sodium creatine phosphate on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) complicated with myocardial damage. Methods: A total of 77 HIE patients with myocardial damage were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 37). The treatment group was treated with sodium creatine phosphate and the control group was treated by conventional therapy. The changes of neurological symptoms, signs, NBNA score, cardiac function and myocardial enzymes were observed before and after treatment. Results: The efficacy of sodium creatine phosphate was significant, with statistical significance between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Sodium creatine phosphate can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with HIE complicated with myocardial damage and promote the recovery of brain and myocardial cell injury.
