Nowadays, the cognition, understanding and practice of the concept of logistics have aroused the attention of theorists, academics, especially the shipping enterprises and become the hot spot of research. Based on the actual situation of the development of shipping enterprises, the author discusses the inevitability and development trend of ocean shipping to integrated logistics services in various aspects from the combination of theory and practice, covering a wide range of aspects.
