密度是反映物质特性并广泛应用的一个重要物理量,是学习液体压强、浮力、物体的浮沉条件的基础,高中气态方程的计算和化学教学中也都要用到密度。密度的概念是初中物理教学的重点之一,对刚学物理的初二学生来说,是一个比较抽象、难懂的概念,而且它的单位又是复合单位,历届都有相当一部分学生对此概念理解不透。在教学中如就课文照本宣讲,将难于掌握。采用以下方法引入密度概念,效果比较满意。
