在水泥和木纤维中加入废旧聚苯颗粒,以浇筑成型的方式制备水泥基木纤维复合墙体材料。研究水灰比、纤维掺量、聚苯颗粒掺量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,抗折强度和抗压强度均随水灰比的增加而降低,通过加入木纤维能有效的降低水泥纤维板的密度,因此在保证料浆和易性的前提下,水灰比越小越好。当木纤维掺量在适当范围内,有助于水泥板材抗折强度和抗压强度的提高。极差分析水灰比、木纤维掺量、聚苯颗粒掺量对材料各项性能影响不同,水灰比和木纤维掺量为主要影响因素。SAS分析显示水灰比、木纤维掺量、聚苯颗粒掺量对材料各项性能的影响都是显著的。
In the cement and wood fiber by adding waste polystyrene particles, pouring molding method to prepare cement-based wood fiber composite wall material. The effects of water-cement ratio, fiber content and polystyrene particles content on the properties of composites were studied. The results show that both the flexural strength and compressive strength decrease with the increase of water-cement ratio. The addition of wood fiber can effectively reduce the density of cement fiber board. Therefore, under the premise of ensuring the workability of the slurry, the water-cement ratio is smaller The better. When the wood fiber content in the proper range, contribute to the improvement of the flexural strength and compressive strength of the cement board. The range of water-cement ratio, wood fiber content and polystyrene particle content have different influences on the properties of the materials. Water-cement ratio and wood fiber content are the main factors. SAS analysis shows that the water-cement ratio, the amount of wood fiber, polystyrene particles on the performance of the material are significant.
