目的:观察天智颗粒对美多芭诱导的大鼠多动症行为学的影响。方法:采用大剂量美多芭(360mg·kg-1·d-1)诱导大鼠多动症,考察天智颗粒(5g·kg-1·d-1)对模型大鼠游泳、刻板行为和肢体运动功能障碍的影响。结果:与模型组比较,天智颗粒组游泳、刻板行为和肢体运动功能障碍均获明显改善。结论:天智颗粒对大剂量美多芭诱导的多动症具有明显疗效,提示其对多巴胺替代疗法减毒增效的良好前景。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Tianzhi granules on the ethology of hyperactive disorder induced by metoprolol in rats. METHODS: Rat hyperactivity disorder was induced by high-dose metoprolol (360 mg·kg-1·d-1) and the effects of Tianzhi granules (5 g·kg-1·d-1) on swimming, stereotyped behavior and limb motor function of model rats were investigated. Impact of obstacles. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the swimming, stereotyped behavior and limb motor dysfunction were significantly improved in the Tianzhi granule group. Conclusion: Tianzhi granules have obvious curative effect on large doses of Madophanol-induced hyperactivity disorder, suggesting its good prospects for attenuating and increasing efficacy of dopamine replacement therapy.
