目的:分析评价认知护理干预应用于斜视手术患儿中的临床护理效果。方法:选取我院2015年1月至2015年6月收治的斜视手术患儿200例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规手术护理方法,观察组采用认知护理干预方法,对比两组患儿术后临床效果,评价认知护理对斜视手术患儿的影响。结果:观察组基础护理、服务态度、知识水平等各项指标数据表现上均明显优于对照组,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:认知护理干预应用于小儿斜视,护理质量好,家属满意度高,患儿治疗依从性也大大提高。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and evaluate the clinical nursing effect of cognitive nursing intervention in children with strabismus surgery. Methods: A total of 200 children with strabismus surgery from January 2015 to June 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received cognitive nursing intervention. The clinical effects of two groups of children after surgery to evaluate the impact of cognitive nursing on children with strabismus surgery. Results: The data of basic nursing, service attitude and knowledge level in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The difference was significant and statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive nursing intervention in children with strabismus, good quality of care, family members with high satisfaction, treatment compliance has also been greatly improved.
