We find the most general tetrads which give a regular charged spacetime in tetrad theory of gravitation. The metric is a static one and it includes the Schwarzschild and Reissner Nordstr(o)m black holes. The energy content contained in a sphere of radius R is calculated using the superpotential given by Mφller in the context of Weitzenb(o)ck spacetime.
