目的由于氟在临床上促进骨量增加的细胞机制仍不明确,本文旨在研究低浓度氟对胚鼠颅骨成骨细胞表型发育的影响。方法应用组织化学、酶组织化学和电子显微分析等手段观察氟对体外培养的鼠第一代成骨细胞的影响。结果研究发现氟组成骨细胞不仅其矿化结节和矿化程度,而且其碱性磷酸酶活性表达都要早于对照组。结论结果表明氟不仅可以促进培养早期的成骨细胞增殖、分化以及碱性磷酸酶含量和活性的增高;而且还有利于成骨细胞结节的矿化形成
Purpose The cellular mechanisms by which fluorine promotes bone mass in clinic are still unclear. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of low concentration of fluoride on phenotypic development of embryonic rat calvarial osteoblasts. Methods The effects of fluoride on the first generation of osteoblasts in vitro were observed by histochemistry, enzyme histochemistry and electron microscopy. Results The study found that fluoride group not only mineralized nodules and mineralized nodules, but also expressed alkaline phosphatase activity earlier than the control group. Conclusion The results show that fluoride can not only promote early osteoblast proliferation and differentiation, but also increase the content and activity of alkaline phosphatase, but also facilitate the mineralization of osteoblast nodules
