中国加入WTO以后,国外展览公司大量涌入。国内展览行业由于正处于整合过渡阶段,也是问题多多。面对我国会展业存在的种种问题和外资进入带来的威胁,我们应采取何种对策呢?在竞争激烈的环境中,以变制变方是生存之道。结合我国会展业自身的现状和所处的环境,我认为应从宏观、中观、微观三个层面入手:(一)从宏观层面分析在宏观层面,起主要作用的是政府,政府应在如下方面提供好服务:1、加强对会展业发展的定位,打造知名会展品牌。政府通过对所在地的优势分析,对其会展进行准确定位,使当地的地名与会展紧密联系在一块。如广州的广交会、深
