按甲基泛影酸钠/聚蔗糖法由全血制成单核细胞(mononuclear cell)悬液,用此悬液测定放疗后的94名宫颈癌患者循环的造血干细胞和 T-淋巴细胞的变化。放疗的方法是用直线加速器的引出束照射骨盆区(16×16厘米),结合~(60)Co 的腔内照射,一个月的总剂量为6000拉德。以在软琼脂培基中每1×10~6单核细胞中所含的集落形成细胞(CFUc)数表示定向的粒系的干细胞的变化,在放疗后,未见明显的不同。
A mononuclear cell suspension was prepared from whole blood by methyl ubiquitinate/polysaccharide method. The changes of circulating hematopoietic stem cells and T-lymphocytes in 94 patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy were measured using this suspension. . Radiotherapy was performed by irradiating the pelvic region (16 x 16 cm) with a linear accelerator beam, combined with intraluminal irradiation of ~(60)Co. The total dose for one month was 6000 rads. The number of colony-forming stem cells (CFUc) per 1 × 10~6 monocytes contained in the soft agar medium was used to indicate changes in the stem cells of the orientated granulocytes, and no significant difference was observed after radiotherapy.
