铁路运输能力的大小将直接影响国民经济的速度。为适应发展和建设的需要,提高铁路运输能力,实行牵引动力改革是必要的。为此本刊现将一九七五年六月成都局、成都分局、铁科院运输所写的这份调查报告刊登出来,供有关同志参考。刊登时对原文中的一些电力牵引技术指标,运输成本指标等均按基数改为100％计,对有关区段的通过能力和详细验算等予以省略了,请读者注意。
The size of railway transport capacity will directly affect the national economy. In order to meet the needs of development and construction, it is necessary to improve railway transport capacity and implement traction reform. To this end, we now publish this investigation report written by the Chengdu Bureau, Chengdu Branch and the ASTRI Transportation in June 1975 for reference by the relevant comrades. At the time of publication, some of the technical indicators for electric traction and the indicators for transportation costs in the original text were all changed to 100% based on cardinal number.
