随着中国入世节奏的加快，人们更关心“入世后，我们该怎么办 ?”的确，加入 WTO不仅是中国经济的一次全新、彻底的革命，也使百姓生活发生了巨大变革。挑战与机遇并存，希望与压力同在。“入世”带来的广阔发展空间令国人欢欣鼓舞，“入世”带给我们的冲击也不容忽视。只有勇敢地面对挑战，积极采取对策，才能使中国经济尽快融入世界经济大循环，实现新的发展飞跃。以下是本刊编发的一组探讨入世后财税、会计等方面对策的稿件，力求对今后的工作有所启迪。
As China’s rhythm of accession into the WTO accelerates, people are more concerned about “what should we do after joining the WTO?” Indeed, joining the WTO is not only a new and complete revolution in China’s economy, but also a tremendous change in people’s lives. Challenges and opportunities coexist, with hope and pressure. The vast space for development brought about by the “accession to the WTO” has thrilled the Chinese people. The impact brought by the “accession to the WTO” should not be overlooked. Only by bravely facing the challenges and adopting proactive measures can we bring the Chinese economy into the global economic cycle as soon as possible and achieve a new leap forward. The following is a series of manuscript compiled by our magazine discussing the fiscal and taxation, accounting and other aspects of the manuscript after the accession to the WTO, and strive to be enlightening for future work.
