工程质量管理,是施工生产过程中最重要的环节,好的工程施工质量是科学、严格的管理及各方面努力的成果。随着改革开放的不断深入,在高速发展的建筑业中,建筑施工质理的管理赿来越引起人们的高度重视。如何提高建筑工程质量及管理水平,是基建管理人员需要研究的课题,施工质量的好坏,直接关系到建筑物的安全、外观及使用年限,怎样提高施工质量,首先应注意以下几个方面:
