元旦刚过,北京、广东、四川等地连续发生重特大火灾,人民的生命财产蒙受巨大损失。火灾频发给各级领导再次敲响了警钟! 《中华人民共和国消防法》已正式颁布实施,国务院为此专门发出了贯彻实施消防法的通知,要求各有关部门、企业、单位确保安全生产,遏制火灾事故的发生。然而,为什么每一次令人震惊的火灾之后,一些地方又会重蹈覆辙?原因主要有:少数单位和个人有法不依、执法不严,未认真实行防火安全责任制;或心存侥幸、麻痹大意,预防措施未落实;或管理不严,对火灾隐患检查不细致、发现不及时、整治不得力。对此,应引起高度警惕。 春节即将来临,加强平时和节日防火工作,应该提到各级政府和各行各业的重要议事日程。预防火灾事故,重在行动,重在防范,重在整改。各级政府机关、每一位领导者、每一位消防执法监督人员和关键岗位的在岗人员,都应该担负起自己肩上如泰山一般的责任。你们多尽职尽责,人民群众就会多一分安全,少一分痛苦。
