我们知道,获得健康的方法虽然很多,比如医疗保健、体育锻炼、均衡营养,但这些方法都有一个相同的弊端就是难以坚持,因为人是有惰性的。人类行为学家经过长期不懈努力,终于研究发现,人类只有一种方法可以克服惰性从而获得健康,那就是睡眠。因为充足的睡眠能使人在新的一天里头脑清醒、精力充沛。那么,怎样才能提高睡眠质量从而获得健康呢?除了要有安静韵环境、规律的生活、舒适的被褥、镇定的情绪和合理的饮食外,睡觉前的一些准备工作亦很重要。
We know that there are many ways to get healthy, such as health care, physical exercise and balanced nutrition. However, one common disadvantage of these methods is that they are difficult to maintain because people are inert. After long-term and unremitting efforts, human behavioral scientists finally found that there is only one way for humans to overcome their inertness and get healthy. That is sleep. Because adequate sleep can make people awake in the new day, energetic. So, how can we improve the quality of sleep to get healthy? In addition to a quiet rhyme environment, regular life, comfortable bedding, calm emotions and a reasonable diet, before going to bed some preparation is also very important.
