采用经典及量子理论对纳米超顺磁体系的磁热熵效应进行了较详细的分析计算.结果表明:存在一最佳纳米粒径尺寸,此时超顺磁体系的磁热熵变取得最大值.在一定纳米尺度范围内,超顺磁体系的磁热效应及磁熵变将超过常规顺磁体系的磁热效应及磁熵变.上述理论分析计算结果在纳米Gd-Y合金实验中得到证实.
Using the classical and quantum theory, the magnetocaloric effect of nano-superparamagnetic system has been analyzed and calculated in detail.The results show that there exists an optimal size of nano-particle, and the maximum entropy change of superparamagnetic system The magnetocaloric effect and magnetic entropy change of the superparamagnetic system will exceed the magnetocaloric effect and magnetic entropy change of the conventional paramagnetic system within a certain range of the nanoscale.The theoretical analysis and calculation results are confirmed in the experiment of the nano-Gd-Y alloy.
