目的:探讨利用专案管理干预低年资护士(工龄<5年)交接班质量的效果。方法:按专案管理思维及方法,对低年资护士交接班质量进行干预,针对低年资护士交接班的存在问题拟定改进计划,按进度表开展实施,定期收集相关数据,进行效果分析及反馈。结果:专案管理实施后,低年资护士交班质量、接班质量、患者满意度、管床护士知晓率都有显著提高,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:专案管理指引护士以科学的方法分析问题、解决问题,可以有效提高低年资护士交接班质量,提高患者满意度与管床护士知晓率。
Objective: To explore the effect of using project management to intervene the quality of hand-over of low-aged nurses (<5 years of service). Methods: According to the project management thinking and method, the quality of hand-over of low-grade nurses was intervened. The improvement plan was proposed according to the existing problems of hand-over of low-grade nurses. The data were collected according to the schedule. The data were collected regularly to analyze the effect and feedback . Results: After the implementation of the project management, the quality of nurses attending low-grade nurses, the quality of follow-up, patient satisfaction, and nurses’ awareness of nurses in nurses had significantly increased, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: The project management nurse guides the nurses to analyze the problems and solve the problems with the scientific method, which can effectively improve the quality of handing over of nurses with lower seniority, improve patient satisfaction and nurses’ awareness of bed nurses.
