回顾近年来原发性肝癌非手术治疗进展。分析中晚期原发性肝癌的研究现状,总结非手术治疗的经验,对于手术切除有较大的风险和困难或已失去手术机会的患者,通过非手术的综合治疗达到较理想的治疗效果。原发性肝癌在综合治疗方面的研究取得了较大进展,同时综合治疗在临床上的广泛应用,大大地改善了患者的生存质量和延长生存期。虽然原发性肝癌的综合治疗水平有显著提高,但仍存在不少问题需深入研究和有待进一步完善。
Review of non-surgical treatment of primary liver cancer in recent years. Analysis of the status of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma in the late, summarize the experience of non-surgical treatment for surgical removal of greater risk and difficulty or have lost the chance of surgery patients, through non-surgical comprehensive treatment to achieve the desired effect. Primary hepatocellular carcinoma in the comprehensive treatment of research has made great progress, while comprehensive treatment in the clinical application, greatly improving the quality of life of patients and prolong survival. Although the comprehensive treatment of primary liver cancer has significantly improved, but there are still many problems need further study and needs further improvement.
