目的建立基于抗炎药效的中药榕须质量评价方法。方法采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012.1版本)”对获取的HPLC色谱图进行分析并获取共有峰。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型考察20批不同产地榕须的抗炎活性。采用“SPSS21.0”中的双变量相关分析对榕须HPLC色谱图和药效实验结果进行谱效相关研究。以对榕须抗炎药效影响较大的共有峰为变量,进行聚类分析,评价不同产地的榕须质量。结果以6个对榕须发挥抗炎作用贡献较大的共有峰为变量进行聚类分析,可有效地对不同产地的榕须进行区分并对榕须的质量进行评价。结论本法可用于榕须质量的评价,并为其质量评价体系的建立提供依据。
Objective To establish a quality evaluation method of Chinese yunnane based on anti-inflammatory efficacy. Methods The HPLC chromatograms obtained were analyzed and the common peaks were obtained using the Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system (version 2012.1). Xylene-induced mouse ear swelling model was used to investigate the anti-inflammatory activity of 20 batches of broomcorn in different habitats. Bivariate correlation analysis in “SPSS21.0” was used to study the spectral correlation between the HPLC chromatogram of Ficus and its pharmacodynamic test results. Based on the common peak, which has a great influence on the anti-inflammatory effect of Yungu, the cluster analysis was conducted to evaluate the quality of Yungu in different habitats. The results of clustering analysis of six common peaks which had a great contribution to the anti-inflammatory effect of Ficus yunnanensis could effectively distinguish the different provenances and evaluate the quality of the yam. Conclusion This method can be used to evaluate the quality of Rongsha and provide the basis for the establishment of its quality evaluation system.
