感染日本血吸虫尾蚴32-35d的小鼠1次ig蒿甲醚(Art)300mg·kg-1后24h,其体内♀、血吸虫的糖原含量较对照组减少约50%,72h后则分别减少64.1%和77.9%。给药后72h,♀、虫的蛋白质含量较对照组分别减少68.1%和49.3%。给药24h,♀、虫的硷性磷酸酶(AKP)活力的抑制率约为25%,72h后,♀虫的AKP进一步被抑制,抑制率达61.6%。酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活力受抑制亦以♀虫较为明显,给药72h♀、虫抑制率分别为75.7%和47.6%。
Inoculation of Schistosoma japonicum cercaria larvae 32-35d mice once Artemether (Art) 300mg · kg-1 24h, the body of Schistosomiasis, schistosome glycogen content decreased by about 50% compared with the control group, respectively, after 72h decreased by 64 .1% and 77.9%. At 72h after administration, the protein content in gall and worm decreased by 68.1% and 49.3% respectively compared with the control group. After 24 h, the inhibitory rate of phosphoenase (AKP) activity was about 25%. After 72 h, AKP of pinworm was further inhibited and the inhibition rate reached 61.6%. The activity of acid phosphatase (ACP) was also inhibited by the pinworm, which was 75.7% and 47.6% respectively after 72h.
