目的探讨基础护理学教学中小组学习的效果与分析。方法选取336名在校学生,按照抽签原则分为研究组与对照组,对照组应用单一授课法教学,研究组则应用小组合作学习教学模式,分析两组学习效果。结果研究组理论、操作考试成绩均明显高于对照组,研究组显示小组合作学习能够提高沟通能力,促进同学、师生关系,利于激发学习兴趣,增加学生自信心。结论基础护理学教学时采取小组学习方法对于提高学生兴趣,培养团队精神具有重要作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect and analysis of group learning in basic nursing teaching. Methods A total of 336 students were enrolled in this study. The students were divided into study group and control group according to the lottery principle. The control group was taught by a single teaching method. The research group applied group cooperative learning model to analyze the learning outcomes of the two groups. Results The research group’s theory and operation test scores were significantly higher than those of the control group. The research group showed that the group cooperative learning can improve the communication ability, promote the relationship between students, teachers and students, stimulate the interest in learning and increase students’ self-confidence. Conclusions Basic nursing teaching adopts group learning method plays an important role in improving students’ interest and cultivating team spirit, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
