以内蒙古发病甜瓜上分离的病原细菌为试材,采用形态学、生理生化测定和16SrRNA序列比对的方法,进行了病原菌的生物学鉴定,并通过离体试验和活体试验相结合的方法,研究了不同杀菌剂对致病菌的防治效果,以期为细菌性果斑病的防治提供参考依据。结果表明:试验菌株为西瓜食酸菌(Acidovorax citrulli),毒力测定结果显示,不同杀菌剂对西瓜食酸菌的毒力差异较大,同一杀菌剂在离体和活体试验中的结果也不相同,需要2种试验方法相结合,才能对药剂生物活性作出准确评价。
